We base our recruitment as much as possible on our partnership with local ex-military employment centres regardless of the country we are operating in. This in turn ensures that we are employing people that are “cut out” and have the adequate security culture background so much needed in the industry. We then rely on our site specific training programmes to complement their knowledge base. These exemplar individuals have been extensively trained by governments for months and years and represent an added value next to none. The fact that we employ ex-military personnel also assists us with our rigorous screening and vetting process.
